I'm Back!

I just finished my first run in 4 weeks! I thought I was following the Pfitz Return to Running Schedule, but after doing my workout looked at it again and realized I read it wrong and ran more than it called for. I always knew I wasn't one for following directions (all the running and walking was supposed to be switched around meaning much less running then I did).
Here was my work out...
Warm Up 2 minutes
Run 10 minutes
Walk 5 minutes
Run 5 minutes
Walk 5 minutes
Run 5 minutes
Cool Down 3 minutes
Total Distance 3.6 miles 9:48 pace
Not too bad for a first run back, and best of all it was pain free!
