I plan to stay fit by running! Spring always helps me feel renewed in my running! And this spring my son has started running with me so it's extra special!! :-) My #1 fitness tip is to start TODAY. Don't put it off until tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun pack of goodies! I try to keep a regular workout schedule. It really helps me to keep on track. Also having a specific event to train for is a great motivator!

ReplyDeleteMy plan to stay fit is to train for 2 half marathons and also get in a little bike time! My fitness tip is to listen to your body, if it tells you to slow down listen or you will end up injured!

ReplyDeleteAwesome giveaway Jen! I have all my workouts planned out on a calendar on a weekly basis so that I know how I can make time for them each day. My tip is to remember that injuries aside, you'll never regret getting a workout in.

ReplyDeleteI stay fit by always assing a new running challenge. I ran my first half marathon 2013. Decided to join the half fanatics, so I ran 3 halves in 6 weeks, now I am signed up for my first Spartan race 11/1 in Dallas! My number one tip is to be happy! I find that when I do not stress I eat healthier and I enjoy exercise more.
ReplyDeleteI stay fit by writing up my workout plan and trying to stick with it;) I have been trying to do more weight training lately:) Biggest tip would be if you miss a day or have a bad run, don't give up, tomorrow is a new day!
ReplyDeleteI plan on staying fit by running and doing as much yard work as I can squeeze into my day. I feel like if I eat small meals throughout the day, I'm less likely to overeat!

ReplyDeleteI plan to add cross training into my schedule, I am running two Fulls this Fall, and I know who important it is to cross train. I also need to remember the kitchen is where the real magic happens, and I cannot keep eating the junk food I love so much!

ReplyDeleteWell I struggle with this everyday, but I join challenges and try to stay running! My fitness tip? Drink a glass of water within an hour of getting up for the day. Great habit and makes you feel good
#1 tip: find some type of exercise you love to do and you will never dread it!
ReplyDeleteI'm planning to run 14 races in 2014! Currently on track with 3 done.
#1 fitness tip is to find something you LOVE and do it. Be it dance, zumba, crossfit, running, cycling. Whatever. You will always be motivated if you love doing it.
ReplyDeleteMy plan to stay fit is to run 14 races in 2014. Already have 4 done. Last year I did 20 half marathons in 2013 (get it: 20, 13.1's in 2013). There is no 14 mile distance race or that would have been great to do 20 14's in 2014.
I plan to run and start yoga to stay fit. My top tip is to pick something in the future to train for - I always have a race on my calendar to stay motivated :)

ReplyDeleteI plan to stay fit with 3X/week yoga and running. My number one fitness tip is to incorporate strength moves into your normal life: squats while unloading the dishwasher or clothes dryer, toe raises while waiting in line, planks while watching TV, etc.

ReplyDeleteI plan on staying fit by planing one race a month and then train for each race. If I wait longer than a month I tend to lack on my training.
ReplyDeleteI plan to stay fit with 6 days a week workout includes strength, core and cardio class at the gym. I have weak hip/glute muscle so I'm focus on getting better shape runner.
ReplyDeleteThis summer I plan to stay on track by adding in cross training on the days that I "can't" get out for a run. My bet tip is to compare yourself to where you started not where someone else is. When I first started running I could barely go 30 yards but now I can easily run a 5k without walking.
