Almost there...and more 13 in 2013
Almost done with my crazy few weeks: my finals for grad school completed and a 4.0 semester, passed NASM CPT and now I am heading to my final day of teaching this semester and will have it all wrapped up in less than 12 hours and start enjoying the time off (and working from home). Luckily we've had time to start getting in the Christmas spirit around here; tree is up and somewhat organized, Santa breakfast complete, shopping done (still need to wrap) and ornaments done (just missing the ribbons).
Luckily I can enjoy this time of stress with a workout focus, I strive on stress but once it is done I need my outlet and the gym it is! What is your stress relief?
Jill and I are busy planning for 13 in 2013 and are so excited about the nearly 300 participants so far, can we keep adding to that?
